Hi, recently I installed WM5 on my x50v, it is even faster than I thought it will be. But there is a problem... sometimes it slows down making itself unusable for about 10 mins.... I guess it is bound with
Filesys.exe process, but how can I help my Ax?? (I tried out filesys patch v63 and nothing....) I have A02 on X50v..

Most important... NEVER install anything to the built in storage, always install to a card

Hello all, I´ve installed the WM5 on my X50 mid too and it´s really slower than the WM2003_2ed. I noticed some improvements on security, usability and compability but I really wanted to speed up a little bit. The only thing that made me sad was the new Soft Reset feature, it is really slow =P
If I install my Apps on my SD card it will really speed up my WM5? I thought SD access was slower than ROM access!

Dell Axim x50 MID, 128 SD card. My first PDA EVER! I think I got a pretty good deal!

I thought so just until I got my SD Card. BIS is much slower than SD.
Anyway I have installed some apps into Built-in storage and my PDA is going pretty well except it sometimes slows down... for memory recompacting... awww...
But I didn't notice any difference when I installed apps into SD or not.
