I have downloaded the files from dell for the x50v and will installing it will install to the hard reset part, the unit will only soft reset i have tried to install over 20 times always i can only soft reset. the unit will hard reset after the soft reset, but this is not what is needed. any suggestions or any one else had this problem? i tried to access the files to flash back from an sd card but cant access the files. Thanks Bobby
