WM5 is a Downgrade!!

I am disappointed with many of the features of WM5. Excel Mobile for WM5 no longer handles password protection. This was a very important feature for me. Has anyone found a work around, if they need an Excel Spreadsheet password protected in WM5? I have also been disappointed with many of the web site moderators only talking about the good features of the new products and ignoring the weaknesses. Are the NDR causing them to drink the cool aid?

Persistent storage is a big step in the right direction. PowerPoint Mobile is a nice new application, as is Pocket Hotmail (much easier than the workarounds in WM2003). There are a few hick-ups, but nothing a few ROM updates can't fix.
