Stop Activesync!!
Is there anyway to stop activesync from starting up automatically. Everytime I stop it from memory under settings it always comes back even if I don't put it in my cradle. I think it is what causes lockups on WM5 with my hx2410. Also is there anyway to close it using itask?

7) If you try to sync now, AS will try to contact your imaginary exchange server and that will take forever until it times out, so you can now delete the exchange server from your list of sync sources. Your changes to the sync schedule will remain and will survive soft resets too.
I found as soon as I deleted the exchange server AS started up again on it's own. Rather than delete it I just unchecked the sync items. Worked for me.

I just checked the Micrologics site Activesync Toggle
(sorry if I got the tag wrong, I'm doing this from memory on the ppc). It only works for the desktop, the ploblem we are all experiencing is when AS stays on the ppc. Looks like a nice program though.
