WM05 - so many problems

Well with 500 new 2490's coming shortly, i decided to take the plunge and upgrade my 2410's to 05 to see how it goes. I was eagerly awaiting the new features of Word / Excel etc.
There are so many problems though, i have grave concerns now...

Does anyone have any solutions, or ideas for the following problems?

a) IE Crashes on HTTP redirects - great seeing we use a HP access controller for the wireless network that relies on it...

b) Mobile Printing - we can no longer print via wireless? Only a slight problem...

c) Backup - there's no backup app anymore. We used to keep a saved image on the SD card for all users, so if they had to hard-reset they could restore everything on the go.

d) Network shares - i can no longer connect to network shares, it won't authenticate

e) WPA-PSK - short simple shared keys work, complex ones will not connect. Anyone else seen this?

I also have the network shares issue, this is a key function for me and as such has forced me to go back to WM2003SE
As for the WPA-PSK mine worked fine with a 12 character key using TKIP

Im desperate to find a solution to the network shares issue if anyone has any workarounds as other than that i really liked the new features.

1 more thing, for some reason activesync 4.x also disconnects the wireless when you connect the iapq to a desktop, can be quite annoying having to wait for the reconnect

I use BizzDev's NetUse version 0.11 from www.bizzdev.com. It works great for me. A network folder shows up in the root directory of the PPC and once you open it up all your saved shares are listed within. It's also free.

Thanks for the info, ill give it a go. their web site looks like its got problems atm tho.

Ive been doing some investigation into this actually because in all honesty i'd be using wm5 completely if i could solve this issue. I've found out that on my network in particualr its only the the active directory server i can't access, if i choose to access my personal machine i can easily with the local accounts and the domain accounts, but i just can;t access the server directly. Im gonna take a look at the permissions for the controller.
