Does anyone know how to get rid of icons for programs that I have removed. I installed a demo version of some software and then purchased the product; once the upgrade to the the full product was finished I had 3 icons in my programs menu. I have since removed the software thinking that the icons would go away and I could reinstall it. But there is 1 icon left. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm not using WM5, but I did play with it for a bit and I think it may be different from WM2003. However, in WM2003 you would to go into your file explorer and follow this path to find the icon

Windows-->Start menu-->Programs

You should find it in there, then simply delete.
