i have Dell X51v with WM5 and it's 1 hour late after synchronization. even if i take the ppc out of the stage and fix the time, when i synchronized it again it retime the ppc for 1 hour back from the hour on my PC and because of that all of my meeting are now a hour earlier

Make sure the time zone setting on your axim and the PC you're synching it with are exactly the same.
