Help!

I need a counter whitch can work on my X51v. Just like Microsoft EXCEL on PC, when I click a button in the EXCEL, the value of a unit table will be added. Because I work at a construction site. Many times I must count how many valves in the site. But there are many types of valves in the site. Usually I walk in the site and count the valves with my eyes one by one. This was too bad.
