my axim seems to take forever to be functional everytime I switch it on. i've even tweak the hkey_local_machine but nothing seems to work. am I having a memory problem or is it a case of mistaken identity?

If you have programs on an sd card, and the sd card is slow, it will greatly slow down your startup time. I bought a 4 gb sd card to replace my 2 gb card, and the new card is much slower than the old one, causing Pocket Breeze to take a few seconds to quite a few seconds to load, whereas the old card loaded it within a couple seconds. Also check that you have enough free memory.

here's something I did which seems to have worked. I ran wimr? and thought the macromedia flash took up a huge storage space so I removed it and hey presto! it runs like clockwork!
