How Can I make IE use my sd card for temporary files? When I do a little web surfing I get memory almost full warnings.

Don't Panic!

You need to edit your registry. I use Tweaks2K2.NET to make registry changes like that myself. It's an automatic registry editor. You could do it edit the registry with a couple of freeware programs, a lot of patience, and a search through the forums here if you're a more hands on kind of person.
