Need help Installing updates
Hello,
I am the new owner of an Axim X51v running mobil 5, I went to the dell site and run the service tag number and it tells me there are some updates available for my unit, I have the active sync 4.1 installed and it has linked up with my computer fine but I cannot figure out how to get the updates to the PDA, I download them to the computer, and run the file but it just opens it and puts it in a file on the home system and there is no install like the directions says on the download page, any help would be appreciated thanks | |||

What have you downloaded?
If you can add a link to the update that you want to install then we might be able to tell you what the problem is. Is it an EXE file or a ZIP file or a RAR etc You may want to upgrade your AS to 4.5, but If it is working then there is no need to fix it. | |||||
