I assume your referring to Adobe Reader,there is one availiable
on the net and it's free here:

Adobe Reader allows you to view PDF files in full screen mode, and I think most of the other PDF readers you'll find also include this option.

In Adobe Reader, all you need to do is press & hold your stylus on the screen until a popup menu appears, then select Full Screen.

I can recommend PocketXpdf. A very nice PDF reader, that provides much better rendering quality than original Acrobat Reader.

PocketXpdf
