WM5.0 works fine on the two pocket pcs I have that came with it already installed. But I've read so many threads from users who upgraded their pocket pcs to WM5.0 and started having a lot of problems. Because of those threads, I did not upgrade one of my pocket pcs that could have been upgraded to WM5.0.
Honestly, I don't really think WM5.0 added that much to a pocket pc. It is nice to have persistent memory and not worry about battery going flat, but since I use an extended battery with my windows mobile 2003se pocket pc, that's really not much of a concern to me.
