You could try installing Outlook to your computer. If you cannot use the license code that came with the CD, you will probably get a message when you attempt to use it that includes a phone number to call. You'll call that number, explain that you are moving things to a new computer and Microsoft will fix it for you.
If your new computer is running the Vista operating system, you'll need to download and install
Windows Mobile Device Center to sync your pocket pc (ActiveSync does not work on Vista machines). But if your new computer is running XP, you can install ActiveSync from your CD or you can
download the latest version of Activesync from Microsoft's website.
