Hey, I finally got how to create an image map for GPS software like GPS Tuner, but the problem is that my maps, mostly 8000X8000 pixels..are long to load , which is probably because of their size, 11mb. is there a way to make them even smaller? currently I converted from bmp to gif and from gif my software had to convert back to jpeg. is the lag really a size problem, or I have to make small sections out of a huge map?
