Accessing e-mail Account

Every time I hook my Axim to computer to sync I get the following message:

A program is trying to access e-mail accounts you have stored in Outlook? Do you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, this may be a virus and you should check NO.

Below this is a box to check if you want to allow it. You have option of allowing it for 1min, 2min, 5min, or 10min
then check boxes yes or no.

Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it?

Thanks for the help

It sounds like your firewall or antivirus software.

Box,
Thanks for the suggestion but I check configuration and they are both OK.
The box the message is in is headlined MICROSOFT OUTLOOK.
I have tried everything I can and it still does it each time I go to sync Axim.
