Hmm Handmark TV GUIDE for ppc

:azz checked my axim today and noticed my tv guide on ppc wasn't working (was free of course). Went to the website and says Handmark tv guide no longer available or supported.

Any ideas? Need something free. This is the second time: ppvtv or whatever and now this. I'm running out of ideas.

Go here http://m.tvguide.com/ with your mobile browser (PIE works really well with this site).

What login/password did you have set up for the Handmark TV Guide application? It is the same for the mobile website.

You can key in any phone number, doesn't really matter - it's really not needed at all. I access the mobile website from my pocket pc.

Creating a login/password allows you to save your settings/preferred channels.

Right, I used it the Pocket PC software too. But when you set it up on your device, you probably had to set up a login and password - perhaps you never used the desktop computer website, but your settings (favorites, channels, etc) were saved there. The full website, the pocket pc software and the mobile website are all connected (well the pocket pc software is gone now, but you know what I mean).

If you don't remember the login & password, you can just set up a new one I guess or else you'll have to select your location and channels every time you go to the website on your mobile device.

I would agree... I think your best option is to just your Pocket IE and go to the tvguide site which is m.tvguide.com. Works very well and should do the trick for you.

It does give the listings kind of like looking up the weather but lacks the graphic features such as a tv guide magazine with all the color.

Does give the listings though.
