WM5 Coming in October at Dell
Just in case this hasn't been posted. Dell is advertising WM5 upgrade. The bottom line is $39.99 and shipping in October. Here is a thread from Aximsite:

I was kind of surprised to see that it would not be available until October, I was hoping it would be ready in August.
