Microsoft Money
I have a very important question I need answered. I just installed Microsoft Money 2006, because my 2003 wasn't compatible with PPC 2003 SE. Will Microsoft Money 2006 be compatible with Windows Mobile 5 when it is released for my device, or am I going to be forced to cough up more dough?

Hi SonicJMC. I don't know if anyone knows for sure about compatibility of older programs with WM5 yet since it hasn't been released officially.

Money 2006 isn't really an older version. I'm technically not supposed to have it yet, a Microsoft tech support rep gave it to me.

Money 2006 has been out for quite some time now.
Can't say for sure if it is compatible though, as WM5 hasn't been released.
I'd assume that it will be though.

There is a new version of Money 2006 for the Pocket PC at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

It's looking like Microsoft Money 2006 isn't going to be compatible with Windows Mobile 5, I'll end up having to get Money 2007 or whatever. Ugh!

I have no problem with Money 2004 for Pocket PC running with WM5 on my HX2415.
