Thanks Bill! Very definitive and clears up a couple of points I'd heard references to. I was particularly interested in the Win 98 tidbit as I still have one of my 4 networked comps. not yet upgraded to XP. . .and of course, that's the machine I like to synch with. I've been avoiding (but also waiting for an excuse) to start shopping for another OEM copy of XP pro. This is just the nudge I need!
