Something positive about WM5

Hello:

After about a month on WM5 on my hx2755, I found a couple of positive things about the upgrade, aside from persistent storage:

1- I can use MS Voice command with Bluetooth and not get the memory error.

2- Wireless seems to be more stable, before mine used to keep on disconnecting, and if I tried to turn off/on had the unrecognized card error. Now I have not seen it, altought if it happens only occassionally it wouldn't be that bad.

I decided to stay with WM5 for now, since the programs I use most are working fine, although there were some I could not install. :(
I am aware of the problems of WM5 like battery draining, problems installing and lockups, but most of the time I have realized that a third party program has been the cause. As developers continue updating their programs this can help, but also an update for WM5 from HP would also help, as it did in WM2003SE for problems before.

There is nothing wrong with WM5.0. The problem is the 3rd party software not being compatible (or in too few numbers).

There may not be anything "wrong" with WM5 but there are definitely some "bugs" in the system! In true to form fashion - release it quickly and let the users help us debug seems to be par for the course. As a current user of both WM5 & WM2003se there are things that I enjoy about each and I currently believe that 2003se has the better and mostly (though not always) more stable "as a whole".

I am sure that as WM5 is updated and 3rd party software increases its support we will all begin to see more merit and begin "enjoying" WM5 as most currently enjoy WM2003SE.

is there a way to install software not compatible with WM5? Like some sort of manual install or something?
