Taskbar "Tray" at the bottom of Today Screen

Hello, I need some help to determine if WM5 supports Icons/softkeys to be placed in the taskbar "Tray" on the bottom of the today screen. I have been working on this for about a week now, and have given up. I have searched all sites and forums that I could find that talk about WM5, but not luck. I would like to change the default softkeys on the bottom so I can get the look and feel that I want.

Please look at My PDA for my current look.
I would like the bottom bar to look like the attached picture.
Thanks in advanced for your replies and help.

Tweaks 2K2 will let you ressign the buttons but there is no way to disable them from the screen yet.
