The new features contained in this release are:
Fixes:
- Credant/HP protect tools support, affecting iPAQ Pocket PC's
- Pin lock fix. Sprite Backup will now do a scheduled backup when users have a PIN lock engaged.
- Minor fixes and tweaks from the previous version.
New Features:
- Self Extracting backups
- Upgrade mode. You can now restore a backup across ROM's.
We would once again like to thank all of our customers for their patience while we worked on the various fixes and new features in this release.
Please note you must uninstall any previous versions of Sprite Backup before you install this version or you may have problems on install.
Please also note that any backups taken with version 5 of Sprite Backup cannot be restored with this new version. Because of this we recommend taking a backup as soon as you install this new version.
If you have any problems, queries or feedback on the new version please log into our online support system CRM Desk and post there. To log into the CRM Desk click the following link and select “Ask a Question”

Thanks

I've got both SPB and 5.10 of Sprite and my full backups with both show Sprite wins by almost 40% on backup size when comparing.
