When you tap on connectivity icon on top of screen (next to volume and clock) you should have an option there for dialup connection at least that feature was in wm2003. Now I just says: To connect to either the Internet or work, set up the new connection in settings.

I taped settings made new connection but it doesnt appear there??

Any good solution?
