Personalising my new PDA

Hi There all, I have just got myself a spanking new HTC p4350 v nice! It runs on windows mobile 5 and i've been pimping it out all week ! new themes, sounds, pics! you know the drill. My question is whether any body knows how to change the sound for the keyboard sliding open if at all possible. Also whether its possible to change the splash screens while the device is booting up instead of the normal windows one? Any info would be great cheers!! :)
