Wm2006....
Well, since it looks like WM2005 was rushed to the market, and some more features (most interestingly: better battery life) are planned for the version codenamed Photon, I'll be holding out until new hardware comes out with what will most likely be WM2006. My X5 will be more than adequate until then.

I'd pay no more than $50 and that's after I waited to see how everyone else's Axim fared with the upgrade.

I agree and will be sitting out this round, too, might as well wait for Photon and hardware that will support the yet-to-be-ratified BT v2.0 spec (not expected till yearend, so doubt the new microdrive Dell will have it), and also "true" VGA.
Meanwhile, I'm considering an Averatec C3500 tablet

I think it should be Free, Considering all the Tech support we save Dell here, and that we are loyal customer's:approve:

Well, if you have Dell's Total CompleteCare warranty, just drop your PocketPC, I say. That way, you'll get a new PocketPC replacement with Mobile 5 installed... Me bad..bad..boy...

From what I have heard is that its going to be shipped via CD. So that's why I added the 'free shipping' condition. If its downloadable then well and good.

I agree. It would be senseless not to provide a downloadable option
