Hmm Video plays nicer??? ...

I'm sorry, I just heard "Look how nice WM5 plays video".
I don't understand that part.. what makes the video plays nicer between 2003 and wm5? Isn't it the same?.. Or did they meant, "Rendering live graphics are better in Wm5".
From what I understand, it is like saying "This DVD Player plays nicer than the other one", which don't make sense to me.
I mean, I watched Ice Age (Self-Encoded from DVD, highest quality) and it was crystal clear.. I don't see how WM5 could make it better.

Please, someone enlighten me up. =(.

The video with the planes meant "Rendering live graphics are better in Wm5", because that was not a video, i.e all rendered real-time - apparently anyway.
The other video I think was to show people who have not seen x50v play videos before how good it looks, and it just happened to be on WM5. This was my take on it anyway.

since the demo was for 3D graphics capability of the intel chip, it definitely must be realtime rendering. I would have loved if they also had a video showing the demo running on the big plasma through X50v.. :jd:

Maybe Microsoft did a better player.. but If you use Betaplayer, I really don't think it can be better than perfect.

It's by Futuremark. The same compagny that make 3Dmarks for PC. It must be realtime 3d.
