hello i was wondering if there is any way to get windows mobile 5.0 at this point without ordering a new handheld because dell is giving free windows mobile 5.0 upgrades with all of its new handhelds.

no because it will be out in october and you cant pre-order it currently

you will be able to buy it when it is released
