And yes, we are excluded. for example, we cannot win a prize over 1500$ that comes from another country or province. Because of the "Societe des jeu et lotterie du quebec", companies have to pay fees to ship over here.

Of course, this doesnt include Dell. I'm pretty sure they payed the little fee.

You cant really know the feeling of being excluded, until you won a PC worth 3500$, just to say "Sorry, you live in quebec"

You should not flame someone for not knowing something. "No restriction", dude, Don't tell me you tried anything..

Are you sure the CD for WM 5.0 is on the way? I just ordered X50v with WM 5.0 couple days ago. I recevied the X50v today and am still waiting for CD. I checked the dell website and do not get firm shipping date of CD.

Is there anyone in Canada receive the WM 5.0 CD?

You're talking about the Dell kiosks where you can see/try out some of the products, right? Not all of the kiosks carry the X50v on display, not even here in Ontario. (I found this out before I ordered mine.) However, you can still place orders for whatever Dell sells, which is what the rep told you. That's how the kiosks operate.

In the GTA, they're at Sherway Gardens, Square One and Scarborough Town Centre. They're just booths set up at malls to showcase some of their products. You can't "buy" anything on the spot; it's all still done via ordering.

I see... Is there somewhere else you can find the X50v in Ontario? Without ordering. I know that our Future Shop and "Bureau en gros" does not carry it...

My bad about the kiosk thing. Never tried to buy something there... Bahaha I learn something new everyday =)

I've only seen it at Dell kiosks (but as I said before, they weren't on display at all the kiosks I went to at the time). They would definitely not be available at FS or Staples, etc. In Toronto, there is a store called SoftPocket that sells the Axims; there might be a possibility they have one on display.

I got mine from dell within the last month for $500 cad including 2 year completecare!
