Anyword word from Developers on WM 5 / 2005?

I haven't heard much if anything from PDA software developers on the new Windows Mobile.

I checked some of the sites with the software I have and saw nothing.

So what are our compatibility problems going to be? I mean we all probably get warnings on WM 2003 SE about software possibly not working. Most of the time everything is just fine and dandy, but...

Anyway, was just curious if there was any news, I am not going to upgrade if I have to dump half my apps.

I'm guessing there is going to be a significant lag between the release of the OS and the release of compatible apps by all my favourite developers. That's why I'm pretty sure I won't be jumping on the upgrade the second it comes out.

Granted some of the big players have talked about the new OS and many programs already claim to be compatible with WM5.

I've actually seen most of my favorite apps either already having support or working on it. IE: Wisbar Advance 2, most Resco products, Pocket Mechanic, PocketPlus. I think that there'll be a good amount ready by the time we can upgrade.

I'm sure that some will, but I get warnings all the time that my prgram may not work with 2003SE yet they still do , so I think most apps won't really even know the difference.

Is the WM5 emulator freely avalible?
Does netfront 3.1 and AIM work well enough? If it does then thats all I really need.
