Just remember that "Fully Off" won't be implemented in current devices (or any non-phone devices IIRC) so that benefit of more ROM than RAM is gone. And you'll also still be able to store in RAM - which is orders of magnitude faster. Still, if you can hold out for a few weeks you'll hopefully get to see it in action.
