Depends who the "They" is! WM5 has image update, but it will be down to Dell to supply the updates at first, due to problems of customising ROM images for each vendor Microsoft are leaving to vendors at first. They are looking at providing updates for the core s/w whilst vendors update the drivers etc. in the future.
