Question Persistent storage in WM2005

I was thinking about the new persistent storage feature of WM2005 and was wondering as all the programs are in ROM and only executed programs use the RAM, is there going to be a way of Cold resetting the device to stop things like faulty statup items/viruses causing any problems?

Or am I getting confused here?

I'd expect there will be... Where would tech support be if they couldn't suggest a hard reset

Sure, there will be hard reset (it will delete all files from Storage).
But, there will be something like a Dr. Watson, so I think you maybe will never get device not working due some stupid app, 'cause you can kill that app easily. Not to mention about bug reporting tools like in Windows XP.
