WM 5 Update
I chatted with a Dell rep. this morning concerning the shipping of WM5. Here is what he told me:

When will the Windows Mobile 5 upgrade CD ship to Axim X50v owners?
{John 10:51:30 AM} Thank you for contacting Dell Hardware warranty Support Chat. My name is Cecil, you may also call me John.
May I have your complete name and telephone number as on our records please.

They do that to make you feel like you are talking to an american. Most of the online chat people are probably in India.

no kidding. every dell customer support rep i've ever talked to has been indian. labor is cheap over there.

That's true in my experience as well, but in this case, Cecil is a pretty English name!

True, but lots of English in India! I have been to Bombay and most of the signs are in english too.

Yes, very true! But I guess most people expect names like Sanjeet, Gursharan, etc.
