will WM 5.0 support 'usb host' devices, ie plus usb hdd into X50v? or will not know until Dell release wm5.0?

will WM 5.0 support 'mass storage device' ie select mass storage or ASync 4.0 ? or will not know until Dell release wm5.0?

USB Host is already supported to an extent in WM2003SE, but upgrading to WM5 isn't going to install USB Host in the X50s. You need special hardware.

If there's an option in WM5 to turn a PPC into a USB drive, I haven't seen it.

Question

Does anyone know for sure if the New Dell X51V has the hardware support for this? Thanks.

Nope we still gotta use Card Export according to the "I have an Axim X51v, ask me anything" thread

Patrick Y.
Can you use x51v, now with WM 5, as USB mass storage device?

Not out of the box.
