here is what i learned about windows mobile 5

WELL, at least they gave you correct information, when I call to the sales support for latin America, first, they told me that is free and can be download directly from the site...I explain that is not wm2003 is Mobile 5, and they don't know...

then they told me to call Microsoft

I told the guy the correct info and he told me that I am wrong...

Great way to go...Dell

oh yeah - I got all that beat...look at this beauty of an exchange. It's like who's on first....(but the end doesn't leave me with a good feeling about dell support)....
Either this sales rep is new and doesn't know what she's talking about or us current owners are SOL.....

I don't believe for a secondt that Dell USA won't sell the CD separately. I've already preordered my upgrade CD from Dell Canada, so I'm sure the American one will soon follow suit.

The reps are very clueless. If it isn't on their system they know nothing. I chatted with 4 reps yesterday trying to get info on the x51v. Not one had any idea and lo and behold here it is today.
