No problems with ActiveSync 4.0? I just downloaded the latest release because the two month old version I had wouldn't play with the new ActiveSync well, hoping this version fixes it but haven't installed it yet.

Edit: OK, installed it and the new version does work fine with ActiveSync 4.0

Skyscape is listed under the 'does not work list'. I can't understand that. I am using three of the Skyscape programs on my X51v without any problems. What kind of problems have the other people encountered using Skyscape software?

i installed WM05 on my hx2755 (waiting for x50v) and while these apps are not important it still bugs me.

wargus (warcraft2) from n0p's site (http://n0p.averest-k.ru/) do not work under WM05 nor does the latest build of fpsece (www.fpsece.net)

all my other apps installed are working as expected

(tcpmp, Morphgear 2.5.7.7 : older ones have problem w/ save states, pocket artist 3, gamebox gems)

Am I wrong to be upset that SPB want another $10 from me for taking my registered versions into WM5?

Every other piece of software I've paid for seems to be being upgraded for free. I like to support developers but $10 seems steep.

Just wanted to know if other users think I'm being too picky

Well, I'm a developer and I can tell you that the amount of work behind to update a software like PocketPlus to a new OS is huge. Some companies will ask you to pay for the upgrade and other no. It depends of what is the upgrade policy of each company. Some people just give you one year of free upgrades in some of the products and in other life time free upgrades.

Just check Microsoft, they ask you to pay for each new OS and they ask you to pay for each major update in each software.

The newest version of pocket mechanic works but give me more white screens of death, as opposed to running my handheld bone stock hard reset. According to pocketgear.com WM5 is not a listed OS and Pocket mechanic company website mention nothing of WM5 and even says this "Set the storage card folder names (Windows Mobile 2003 devices only)"

What criteria decides an app being taken off the "works" list into the partially working list on this thread? Thanks.
