I don't believe so, the rom size of the device is too small to host the operating system; not to mention the fact that dell is not really going to support older models of pocket pc's (x3/x5/x30s are more than likely not going to have the update, fyi)

Right. Dell has already stated somewhere on their site that they are only going to suppport upgrades to the x50 line of pda's
