I clicked yes but I didn't realize that you can't sync wi-fi. What is up with that? I'll probably do it anyhow because I can't remember the last time I bought something for my Axim. I'm way over due!

I don't mind change as long as I'm not around when it happens.

If Dell UK are planning on charging me for it (when I only bought the X50 ten days ago), then it's going to need to add some seriously useful features before I hand over any cash. Like being able to open two docs at once in Word. If it's just a few bells and whistles, and 10% more battery life, then I'll stick to 2003 with SPB Pocket Plus (best money I've spent on the Axim so far).

I agree, I usually don't wait, but since this is a new OS i'll be a little slower to update.

I'm concerned about a possible lack of speed with so much more being in ROM.
I've already seen some mention of slower performance, and in truth, the X50v is no flying machine as it is...

So I'll wait to learn a bit more.

I got my Axim when Dell was doing the "Free Upgrade CD to WM2005 when it comes out" deal. So, yes, I will be upgrading eventually. I will wait, however, until Sprite Software comes up with a version of Sprite Backup that is compatible with WM2005. As much as I like to tweak my X50v, having a good backup is a definite must-have!

Yep - I don't know when it will be available in denmark, but when it is I will - and by the way, still waiting for my x50v...:-)
