Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have experienced another delay with your order number 59139xxxx. Our new anticipated ship date will be on or before 10-07-2005.
Due to this additional delay, the Federal Trade Commission requires we receive your consent to continue with this order.

I ordered mine yesterday and the ship date says Nov 8 2005. It will probably end up coming after December like my 17" LCD/TV monitor did last year. They can just bundle it with Windows Mobile 6 then... I just can't wait to try it out. They could have the "Delf" deliver it. She's hot! :approve:

I just spoke with Dell today about the free upgrade some of us are entitled to. The first rep was totally clueless and provided absolutely no info about it. The second one (always call back if you dont succeed the first time) seemed knowledgeable and indicated that the estimated ship date for these is anywhere between 10/15 & 10/20.

I also asked if we had to do anything to receive these since they were part of the promotion when we ordered our Axims and was told that we should not have to do anything, that the orders will be created within Dell automatically and shipped to us.

Now we play the waiting game...

there is nothing on my order status page, I emailed dell about 1 week ago and they just said that orders will ship in october for the promotion. I dunno

I just got my latest delay for shiping my ordered upgrade cd. new date is 10-14-05

I ordered mine through my company's Dell Rep.in September, and my expected ship date is 10/31 with estimated delivery of 11/01.
