It's 2.49 GB, 3.53 GB for the x64 version. (My work has an MSDN account, so my Vista came as an ISO download from MS :) )

That's compressed, though. On disk is a whole different story, around 11 or 12 GB for Ultimate (which does not include pagefile, hiberfile, and taking about 1 or 2 GB off for software, which is being generous).
