Before you continue to discuss WM6 for a non-licensed device you may want to read this:

If I was mean, I would say to go do a forum search. But since I am a nice guy today, I will give you the straight answer of "no, you can't". Even Windows Mobile 5 is not suited for your X30. The reason for this is both WM5 and WM6 are ment to run on a different type of flash rom than your axim has. If you want WM6, you have 2 options. Either buy a WM6 device or get an X50v or X51v and head over to Xda-developers.com. Seriously, please do a forum search before posting on this topic next time.

Sorry - I don't mean to bust your chops!
Then has been a big controversy brewing here for the last few weeks concerning illegal ROMs for non-licensed devices.By "non-licensed" I mean that the X30 has originally licensed by Microsoft and Dell to run Windows Mobile 2003. If you install a different operating system on that device then it probably would be considered illegal. | |||||||||
