Differences Between Win Mobile 5 & 6

I’m looking for the differences of the two windows. Im currently debating whether i should buy the HTC p4000 with mobile version 5 and upgrade to 6. But I am worried that something might not function as well. Maybe you already did it and you can help me?

Thanks.

I have WM5 on my Axim and WM6 on my Moto Q and have yet to notice a difference other than WM6 is a lot smoother.

Speed, for one. WM6 feels like WM2003, while WM5 was a bit sluggish.

Ive noticed a big difference with the speed after installing the WM6 [football] RTM version on my x51v. Works like a charm! :-). On the other hand I bought a new HP 6955 which is WM5. I just hope that some will release a WM6 for this model. I heard that HP will not have update anymore for some HP IPAQ model, including 69xx.

One handed navigation is easier.
The calendar actually shows a bar of appointment time at the top of the scren. Plus lots of other small fixes.

It looks to me like WM6 could have been called WM5SE

I would also like to know how to upgrade to WM6 on the X51v
