WM6 Classic hardware?

Hello:

From what I read, WM6Classic is just the PPC operating system with no phone features. Am I right? If I am, WHERE in the world are the new hardware units that conform to this version of the OS? Everything I can find on repeated searches gives a lot of hoo ha about WM6 and the phone features. Any ideas?

Certainly do thank you radimus. I probably would've missed that. Since I'm running a HP2795 now I naturally thought the models would progress numerically and we all know what assuming will do???

Appreciate, from one waiting in the IPAQ line, again.

The issue seems to be that people now want a half-decent phone/digital assistant combo - rather than a really good phone - and a really good PDA...

Perhaps but ..... I don't think they've improved battery longivity enough to handle both PDA and all of its' uses plus all the telcon circuitry and give any decent battery life. On the cell side of things, I recently cancelled my Verizon account in favor of Qwest DSL and am finding it very nice to be pretty assured of minumal disconnects and no bills for being on hold on toll free numbers and and... To each his own. My IPAQ 210 is supposed to ship on the 19th and I'm looking forward.
