I have some Word documents I would like to convert to Mobile Notes Files so I can access them on my PDA. Is there a program that would allow me to write Mobile Notes on my Desktop PC?

Why don't you just leave them as Word Documents and copy them to your pocket pc? Your Pocket PC has the mobile version of Word on it that can read full version Word 2003 files (and earlier) with no problem, and if your have a WM6.1 device, your device can even read Word 2007 files.
