WM6.1 File Explorer Column Display

I am curious if someone can help me with an issue I'm having with WM6.1.

I just got a Sprint HTC Touch to replace my almost dead Axim x50v. So far so good, my only issue involves all the notes I transferred to the Touch. The Touch screen is smaller and when I try to browse the files most of the file names are too long, all I see is the first word which isn't enough for me to tell what file/note it is.

If I could get the File Explorer program to stop showing the last modified date column I could see enough of the file names to distinguish them. Any help would be great since I can't rename the 300+ notes I have and I doubt I could shorten them enough to help. Also opening each one to see what it is, is impossible as well.

Did you try "File Explorer Extension" ?
... could be found on any "ppc freeware" site.
With that, I can control size of each column and I can see file-names in full width of screen :-)
