push email/calendars sync

i want to be able to 1. push email (from comcast, aol, gmail) to my device (samsung i760, WM6, vzw data plan) and when i read an email on my device, i'd like it to reflect the read status in outlook. 2. sync calendars with my device, home, and my girlfriends' blackberry pearl.

i do not have an exchange server at my disposal to make this easier. i would prefer to use outlook, mainly because it's already integrated in WM, and its what i already use @ home for contact, calendar, and email.

i didn't know if there'd be a way to use google calendar as a way of transferring the info from calendar on my device and at home, while im away. only thing is i don't want to have to input my schedule into a browser based calendar. so that when i finally sync my phone w/ computer it'll finally come up in outlook calendar on my device.

any thoughts? thanks in advance.

radimus- i've just setup seven on my device. thank you for the suggestion, we'll see how it works. however, for the second part of my post, i DIDN'T want to use a web-based calendar, i wanted to use the outlook calendar on both my device and computer. i was simply wondering if there was a way to use google calendar as more of a means of transporting the data (when im not near my computer)

i had to download the beta (which does not have calendar/tasks available) bc verizon was not listed on the service provider page. hmm.. im gonna try all-tel and see what happens. thx for your help, i'll report back with findings.. is this what you do personally?

it doesnt give me the option to download the non-beta version unless i goto the provider's site and have THEM send a link. would you be willing to send the .cab or a link it?

it is in beta... what they do is license the final product to the service provider. Use the beta, I have for about 2 years now and it handles built in upgrades.

I answer questions professionally, specifically I am desktop support and master automator for scripting and administration

but there's no calendar sync options in the app.. and it said in the beta forum that it's not supported yet. which version are you using? i d/l wm6 pro. and i already had google sync installed (and running)

and what your saying is when i make an appointment on my device, it *should* automatically update to my outlook @ home, and keep them synced? how will i be able to share this with my girlfriend with a BB Pearl? they don't have a version compatible (or so they say)

you have so far provided me with the best solutions yet, i am by no means doubting you, i would just like to know how to complete the objective. do you have an aim or win live acct? it could make this much easier.
