the rumors say that dell is not planning on releasing a smart phone. If anything I would want a ppc phone, but those are too big, so for now I like having ppc and cell seperate.

I heard the same thing and curse Dell for this! May 1000 camels spit on their 1979 Cadilac el dorado new paint job!

PPC PHones will shrink with size and sacrifice screen area. Look at the new smartphones coming out! They are very close to the functionality of the pda phone!
