Performance Question: Dell Axim X30 (624 MHz) vs WM5 Smartphones
I currently have a 624 X30 and a Sony Ericsson S710a that I use daily at work. I'd like to get one device that combines the two, but I'm troubled by the fact that almost all the smartphones I've looked into have a 200 MHz chip, with a few having 400 or 500. Will my lookup formula-filled Excel files be prohibitively slow or is WM5 more efficient?

On a sidenote, is there anyway to get Opera Mini running on a WM5 device? It's the only one hand friendly mobile browser I've seen.

I have a Sprint 6700 and I think that it is a relatively fast machine. Everything could be faster, but I have been suprised about how good it is. I think it is very compriable in speed to my x51v.

Opera mini can be loaded on most pocket pc phones (I think all, just hedging my bets.) I know that Opera mobile can be loaded on pocket pcs. It is a bit more full fledged but it also costs. I never have understood why.
