Experience with Pharos 600E (aka Eten x500)
Does anyone here have experience with the Pharos GPS Phone 600E or with Pharos as a manufacturer/distributor?
I like the Eten x500 but I am nervous about their warranty/service reputation and shipping a $500+ device overseas for a 8 week repair is not too appealing to me.
Then I found the Pharos 600E, which is identical to the Eten but sold and serviced in California.
I am starting to wonder why anyone (in the US) would still purchase the Eten oppose to the Pharos, since its cheaper and serviced locally.
Is there a catch with Pharos' service?
